It may take a long time, partly because I've got so many other things I should be writing first, and also because I have to go and stare at things in the British Library before I can finish writing it. But the currently intended plot includes not very much Coleridge (and almost no poetry), but does instead have a Terry Pratchett shout out, Mack the Knife, cowpox inoculations, the manuscript of Beowulf and several gratuitous attacks on John.
