I'm delighted that someone who enjoys Arthur/Merlin fanfic can appreciate what I've done to it, because it's more or less ripping the whole concept to shreds as historically inaccurate. I've only watched a few clips on the BBC and then picked on et_cetera55's very sweet story for Sherlock to maul about. (My excuse is, Sherlock hasn't watched the series either).
I have written a bit (http://marysutherland.livejournal.com/5280.html) of John/Mycroft slash myself, so I mentally had that as the story that Sherlock saw and objected to. Particularly since it ends up with John choosing Mycroft over Sherlock, which is why Sherlock doesn't want John talking to Mycroft in his own stories.
